1. General Terms

1.1 Gifts of Grace operates as a trade promotions giveaway company offering memberships, merchandise, and promotions.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Memberships & Payments

2.1 Billing & Payment: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The subscription fee is automatically charged to the payment method on file.

2.2 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your membership benefits (including giveaway entries and discounts) will be suspended. If payment is not received within [X] days, your membership may be canceled.

2.3 One Account Per Person: Each person is allowed only one Gifts of Grace account. Duplicate accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

2.4 Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable. You may not share or sell your account, password, or any exclusive partner discount codes with others.

3. Termination of Membership

3.1 Gifts of Grace reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or delete any membership at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

• Sharing login credentials or partner discount codes

• Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate giveaways

• Failure to make payments

3.2 Effect of Termination: Terminated members immediately forfeit all benefits, including participation in giveaways, discounts, and access to exclusive content. Any pending or unclaimed prizes may also be revoked.

3.3 Members can cancel their membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the billing period.

• Log in to your account on the website.
• Go to My Account > Memberships.
• Locate the active membership.
• Click Cancel

4. Giveaways & Promotions

4.1 Participation in giveaways is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

4.2 Winners are selected randomly using a fair and transparent process.

4.3 Members will be able to access their dashboard where they can utilise discounts, offers promotions and manage their payment details and update details as needed

4.4 Winner Responsibilities:

• Winners will be notified via phone and email. If we cannot get a hold of the winner we will keep trying to reach winner for 3 month. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

• Winners may be required to take a photo or video of themselves with their prize within 14 days of receiving it. Gifts of Grace reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes.

4.5 Technical Issues or Errors: Gifts of Grace takes no responsibility for any issues arising from technical malfunctions, system errors, or unforeseen problems affecting giveaway entries or prize fulfillment. If a giveaway is disrupted or corrupted due to technical issues, Gifts of Grace reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway.

5. Shop Hub & Business Partnerships

5.1 Our shop hub features brands that offer discounts or promotions to our members. While we strive for accuracy, Gifts of Grace is not responsible for third-party offers, pricing, or availability.

5.2 Businesses featured in the shop hub may opt out at any time by contacting us.

5.3 Gifts of Grace reserves the right to remove or modify any business listing at our discretion.

6. Ownership & Account Control

6.1 Gifts of Grace retains ownership rights over all accounts and reserves the right to cancel, delete, or stop offering services at any time.

6.2 Members do not own their accounts and cannot sell, transfer, or assign their membership to another person.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7.2 If a giveaway is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Gifts of Grace will issue an alternative prize or credit at its discretion.

7.3 Merchandise purchases may be returned within 30 days if they meet our return policy criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Gifts of Grace is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in giveaways, use of our website, or reliance on third-party offers.

8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 By signing up for our services, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Gifts of Grace. You may opt out at any time.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
